FounderPreeti Bali is the founder of The Media Connector, a London-based platform connecting marginalised voices, subject-matter experts and organisations with leading global media.
With a background in journalism and media relations, she has secured and coordinated high-profile interviews across outlets including CNN International, BBC News, Bloomberg, Al Jazeera and Times Radio. Her work sits at the intersection of breaking news, geopolitics and global affairs, with a focus on ensuring credible voices are placed within the conversations that shape international discourse.
Alongside media relations, Preeti leads on global event delivery — curating and executing panel discussions, exhibitions and international forums that bring together journalists, diplomats, analysts and industry leaders. Her work spans both editorial and production, from shaping the direction of discussions to managing on-the-ground execution.
Based in London, Preeti has covered the G20 Leaders' Summit in South Africa, curated international events in Hong Kong and at the Foreign Correspondents' Club in Thailand, and delivered engagements in Brussels and Doha — operating across international markets and time zones, collaborating with partners globally.
Before founding The Media Connector, Preeti worked at TikTok, contributing to content governance, moderation and policy implementation across international markets. This experience informs her understanding of digital platforms, audience dynamics and the evolving global media landscape.

Fareeha Iman brings a dynamic, cross-disciplinary background to The Media Connector, with experience spanning event production, logistics and creative direction.
At The Media Connector, she plays a key role in both the creative and operational delivery of projects — supporting the planning and execution of events, coordinating speakers and logistics, and contributing to the overall design and spatial layout of each experience.
With a strong eye for detail and design, Fareeha leads on shaping how environments come together — from how spaces are structured to how audiences move through and engage with them.
Fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu, she works across diverse cultural and professional contexts, bringing precision, adaptability and a calm, solutions-focused approach to fast-paced environments.
